FAQ

Questions? Ask away, y'all.

When does it start?

We kick off in Fall 2027. Exact season dates are TBD. The regular registration deadline is TBD, and late registration closes no later than 14 days before the league's first game.

Is there a team cap?

No. Every team that registers gets a spot.

Do I need a team shirt?

Yes. The league provides a team shirt for every player, and you need to wear it to play.

Who can play?

Adults 21 and up. Leagues are co-ed and built for working professionals, though every 21+ adult is welcome. Bring an ID.

Do teams have to be co-ed?

Yes. All rosters must be co-ed, with enough women to fill the required women's spots on the field or in the game. Each sport's rulebook lists its minimum.

Do I need a team?

No. Join as a free agent and we'll place you, or sign up as a small group so you stay with your friends.

What are the skill levels?

From casual to competitive:
Sipper: For players who are here for the hang. Rules are relaxed, all skill levels are welcome, and there are no playoffs, just good times and post-game drinks.
Sweater: Real games with a friendly edge. Teams play to win but keep it fun, and there are playoffs at the end of the season.
Swagger: Our most competitive level, for experienced teams who want to win. Expect tighter officiating, a full playoff bracket, a championship prize and serious bragging rights.

How does pricing work?

It's $75 per player for all leagues. Team rate: $750 for a full team of 12 or more players (Kickball, Dodgeball and Flag Football); $825 after the regular deadline. Cornhole is $75 per player only, and teams under 12 players pay $75 per player. A 10% late fee applies to registrations after the regular registration deadline ($82.50 per player).

What's included?

A league team shirt (required to play), equipment, an on-site manager, online schedules and standings, partner-bar specials, playoffs and a championship belt plus a $100 bar tab for the champs (Sweater and Swagger levels). Full list

Can I drink at the field?

No. There's no alcohol at game locations unless we say otherwise. The socializing happens at our partner bar after games.

What if it rains?

We'll make the call by email, text and social media before game time and reschedule when we can. See the Refund, Weather & Forfeit Policy.

What happens if my team forfeits?

Every team puts down a $50 forfeit deposit. Forfeit with at least 24 hours' notice and you take the loss but keep your deposit; a no-show or a forfeit without 24 hours' notice loses it. Teams that keep their deposit get it back as a $50 bar tab at our partner bar at the end of the season.

Can I get a refund?

Before the season starts, yes, minus a processing fee. After that we offer credit toward a future season. TBD

Do I have to sign a waiver?

All players will sign a participant waiver at registration.

Do you take photos?

Yes, at games and events, for our website and social media. See our photo & media release.

Can my company get involved?

Absolutely. We set up corporate leagues and team-building and offer sponsorships.

Where do you play?

In Nashville. Fields, gyms and our partner bar are TBD and will be posted before registration opens.
